Just wanted to say amazing service. Loved it! When I called they were professional, informative, prices weree reasonable, compared to the other mobile groomers I called, who BTW, had 0 customer svc skills, which put me off. Just wanted to say amazing service. Loved it! When I called they were professional, informative, prices weree reasonable, compared to the other mobile groomers I called, who BTW, had 0 customer svc skills, which put me off. I don't care if they might be $5 cheaper than BTB, Sparkie is worth the extra money to make sure he's well taken care of by NICE professional groomers. BTB comes to my home, so I don't have to put Sparkie in the car, drive to the shop, leave her there, then go back again & pick her up hours later. I learned that these "grooming shops" take in 50+ dogs a day all at once in the AM & minimum wage uneducated & inexperienced "bathers" who have no formal training about a dog's anatomy (I read articles about these uneducated people actually breaking dog's legs, snapping tendons, muscles, breaking their necks etc., b/c they have never learned the dog's anatomy & end up hurting or killing them!) they bathe them fast, 1 right after the other, then put them in cages with freaking fans on them (I'm sure that scares them!) & they sit there wet, waiting until the groomers are able to blow dry them & do the haircut, which could be 4 or 6 hrs later & I bet they're all scared, shaking, crying, scratching to get out of these tiny cages & I find it so sad! I NEVER knew this before! And I was outraged! That's just awful to put any dog through, just my personal opinion. But Sparkie means the world to me, and I will never go back to a "shop" again!
